Managing Director and founder of Avivre Consult GmbH since 2005, based in Bad Homburg.<\/h2>\n

Ines L\u00f6wentraut heads one of the largest and most successful, nationwide consulting firms in the care market for investors and operators, primarily in the areas of M&A transactions Opco and Propco. Due diligence, corporate succession with valuation for real estate and operations, location and competition analyses, interim and turnaround management, and support for real estate owners usually funds after purchase through nationwide auditing of nursing facilities are also part of Avivre Consult’s focus. For almost 20 years, Ms. L\u00f6wentraut has appraised and evaluated nursing care facilities with assisted living and rehabilitation clinics valued at approximately \u20ac5 billion for institutional clients as part of acquisition detail audits.
\nIn addition, Ines L\u00f6wentraut and her team prepare turnaround concepts for existing facilities that have run into economic difficulties. Avivre Consult also provides on-site turnaround management at the facility itself.
\nAfter her studies and a stay abroad in France (Cr\u00e9dit Agricole), Ms. L\u00f6wentraut worked successfully for several years in investment banking and trading at the Bankgesellschaft in Berlin. Further professional stations led her to fund management for institutional clients at Dresdner Bank\/DIT in Frankfurt.<\/div><\/p>\n

\nWith more than 25 years of experience in consulting in the nursing and healthcare market, Mr. Schmitz is known as an expert in the evaluation and appraisal of sites for nursing facilities, assisted living. Medical Centres (MVZ), rehabilitation clinics and neighbourhood development.
\nOver the past 20 years, Mr. Schmitz has prepared more than 1,000 site and competitive analyses and appraised more than 300 facilities as part of a due diligence or annual audit of healthcare properties. In addition, Mr. Schmitz has assisted in numerous real estate and operator acquisitions (Opco\/Propco) for private equity investors through international funds.<\/div>
